PA5-33239은 Mouse IgG2a 동형의 단일클론 항체로, 인간 조직에서 비특이적 결합 측정을 위한 음성 대조 시약으로 적합합니다. 일부 세포 유형에서는 세포내 염색에 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.
이 항체는 rat 세포 표면 마커를 인식하므로 해당 종에서는 음성 대조용으로 사용될 수 없습니다.
본 제품은 rat 비장세포에서 항체 활성을 확인하고, 인간 전혈에서 음성 대조로의 적합성을 테스트하여 검증되었습니다. 또한 bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine, guinea-pig 조직에서도 음성 대조용으로 사용 가능합니다.
FACS 분석 시, 1×10^6 세포(100 µL)에 제안된 희석액 10 µL를 사용하십시오.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2a는 항원을 인식한 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 IgG 항체의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다. 면역 반응에서 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여하며, T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 조절 기능을 수행합니다.
ELISA, Western blot, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
