Target Information
RND1 단백질은 고유한 GTPase 활성이 없으며, GDP에 대한 친화도가 낮고 GTP에 지속적으로 결합합니다.
이 단백질은 actin cytoskeleton의 재배열을 조절하며, cortical actin filament의 붕괴를 통해 Rac 의존적인 신경돌기 형성을 유도합니다.
세포체에서 다수의 신경돌기 형성을 유도하며, 이는 cortical actin filament의 재구성에 기인합니다.
