Target Information
NUDT10 cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), suggesting a role in signal transduction.
It also catalyzes the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates, with Ap6A and Ap5A being preferred substrates.
Major reaction products:
- From Ap6A: ADP and p4a
- From Ap5A: ADP and ATP
Additionally, it hydrolyzes 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
