Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GBA3 (cytosolic beta-glucosidase, EC 3.2.1.21) is a liver enzyme that hydrolyzes beta-D-glucoside and beta-D-galactoside, possibly involved in detoxification of plant glycosides.
It also exhibits neutral glycosylceramidase activity (EC 3.2.1.62), suggesting a role in nonlysosomal glucosylceramide metabolism.
