Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PKIA gene encodes a member of the cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) inhibitor family.
This protein interacts with and inhibits the activities of both C alpha and C beta catalytic subunits of PKA.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported.
