Gibco™ Human Plateable Hepatocytes, Transporter Qualified
Plateable cryopreserved human hepatocytes assessed for transporter function using uptake transporter assays at both 4°C and 37°C.
Cells per vial: 4–8 million
Hepatocyte cultures were incubated with taurocholate and estradiol 17β glucuronide (E2-17G), substrates of the uptake and efflux transporters NTCP/BSEP and OATPs/MRP2. Accumulation rates and facilitated active uptake were calculated.
