Target Information
SIK3 (QSK)은 serine/threonine-protein kinase로 QIK 서브패밀리에 속합니다.
LKB1에 의한 SIK3의 인산화는 14-3-3 결합을 통해 촉매 활성을 증가시키며, 세포질 내의 소기관 구조로의 국소화를 유도합니다.
SIK3의 과발현은 난소암에서 G1/S 세포주기 진행을 촉진하며, 유방암에서는 H331L, A1103V 변이가 높은 빈도로 발견됩니다.
SIK3는 새로운 종양 관련 항원(TAA)으로, mTOR 억제 단백질인 DEPTOR의 분해를 유도하여 mTOR 신호를 양성 조절합니다.
또한 연골세포 분화 동안 mTOR 신호 조절에 관여하며, CRTC2/TORC2 및 CRTC3/TORC3에 작용하여 cAMP 신호 경로를 음성 조절할 가능성이 있습니다.
