Target Information
RUFY1 유전자는 RUN 도메인과 FYVE-type zinc finger 도메인을 포함하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate (PI3P)에 결합하며, Rab4, Rab5, Rab14와 같은 small GTPases와의 상호작용을 통해 초기 엔도솜 수송, 결합 및 융합 과정에 관여합니다. 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 여러 단백질 아이소폼을 생성합니다.
