Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TSEN34 encodes a catalytic subunit of the tRNA splicing endonuclease, responsible for removing introns from precursor tRNAs.
The endonuclease complex is also associated with a pre-mRNA 3-prime end processing factor.
Mutations in this gene cause pontocerebellar hypoplasia type 2.
Multiple alternatively spliced variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
