Product Specific Information

This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot, IHC, and IP applications.
Antibody Specificity: Reacts with heavy chains of rabbit IgG and light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins. No reactivity against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. May cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Restoration and Storage:

• Store at 4°C until opened.
• Restore with 1.0 mL distilled water (0.6 mg/mL after restoration).
• Centrifuge if not clear after standing for 1–2 hours at room temperature.
• Store undiluted liquid for several weeks at 4°C.
• After dilution, use within one day.
• To extend shelf-life, add equal volume of glycerol (final ~50%) and store at –20°C.
