Target Information
THRAP3 is a 955 amino acid nuclear receptor and a member of the Thyroid hormone receptor-associated proteins. It contains a LISH domain and acts as a 150 kDa subunit of the TRAP complex, crucial for maintaining nucleolar structure. THRAP3 is involved in transcriptional coactivation and interacts with DKC1, nop5/nap65, and fibrillarin. Northern blot analysis shows TRAP150 is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
