Antibody detects endogenous levels of total LSM4.
Target Information
Sm-like proteins were identified in various organisms based on sequence homology with the Sm protein family (see SNRPD2). These proteins contain the Sm sequence motif, consisting of two regions separated by a variable linker that folds as a loop. Sm-like proteins form a stable heteromer present in tri-snRNP particles, which are essential for pre-mRNA splicing.
