Target Information
MAP3K3 (MEKK3)는 MAPK8 및 ERK 경로를 직접적으로 조절하며, 여러 MAP2Ks를 인산화합니다. Northern blot 분석 결과 4.6 kb 전사체가 광범위하게 발현됨을 보여줍니다. 이 단백질은 SEK 및 MEK1/2를 활성화하여 SAPK 및 ERK 신호 경로를 조절하며, p38 경로에는 관여하지 않습니다. NFKB 의존적 리포터 유전자 전사를 증가시켜 SAPK 경로에서의 역할을 시사합니다. 서로 다른 이소형을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 관찰되었습니다.
