Target Information
STAT5 alpha는 STAT 전사인자 계열의 구성원으로, 사이토카인 및 성장인자 자극에 의해 인산화되어 핵으로 이동 후 전사 활성화에 관여합니다. IL2, IL3, IL7, GM-CSF, erythropoietin, thrombopoietin 등 다양한 리간드에 의해 활성화되며, 세포 생존 및 분화 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 STAT5 alpha는 BCL2L1/BCL-X(L) 발현 유도를 통해 항아포토시스 기능을 수행하며, STAT5 beta와 함께 생식, 수유, 면역 기능 및 성장 조절에 관여합니다.
