CD31 (Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공수용체로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공합니다.
CD31은 혈관 내피세포 접합부에 주로 존재하며, 세포 간 상호작용, 세포 부착, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역조절, 식세포작용 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
혈관계 내에서 중요한 조절 분자로 작용합니다.
