This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
NELL2 is a cytoplasmic protein containing epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats.
It forms a heterotrimeric structure and may be involved in cell growth regulation and differentiation.
A similar protein in rodents is associated with craniosynostosis.
An alternative splice variant has been described, but its full-length sequence has not been determined.
