Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The aquaporins are a family of water-selective membrane channels. This gene encodes a member of aquaglyceroporins, which allows passage of noncharged solutes and stimulates urea transport and osmotic water permeability. It may facilitate glycerol uptake in hepatic tissue and play a role in leukocyte functions such as immunological response and bactericidal activity. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
