Target Information
c-Jun은 enhancer heptamer motif 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'를 인식하고 결합하는 전사 인자입니다. HIPK3에 의해 Thr91 위치에서 인산화될 때 NR5A1의 활성을 촉진하여 cAMP 신호 경로 자극 시 스테로이드 생성 유전자 발현을 증가시킵니다. 또한 활성화된 KRAS 매개 USP28 전사 활성화에 관여하며, 이는 대장암(CRC) 세포에서 관찰됩니다.
