Target Information
Epstein-Barr 바이러스의 envelope glycoprotein으로, 바이러스 외피 표면의 스파이크를 형성하며 숙주 세포 표면의 heparan sulfate와 초기 결합에 필수적입니다. 바이러스와 세포막의 융합에 관여하여 바이러스가 숙주 세포 내로 진입하도록 합니다. 초기 결합 후, gB와 gH/gL 이합체로 구성된 융합 기구가 막 융합을 매개합니다. 또한, 바이러스 외피와 핵막 사이의 융합 과정에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
