This antibody is a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated CD5 (clone M28623, isotype IgG2a) and PE-conjugated CD20 (clone DFA-7, isotype IgG1).

CD5: A 67 kDa single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on all mature T lymphocytes, most thymocytes, and many T cell leukemias and lymphomas. Also reacts with a subpopulation of activated B cells.
CD20: Present on human pre-B lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes at all maturation stages except plasma cells. Low-level expression can be detected on normal T lymphocytes. It is a non-glycosylated protein with a molecular weight of 35–37 kDa depending on phosphorylation state.
