Description:
TB01 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD57 (also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7), a 110-kDa cell surface glycoprotein expressed on subsets of natural killer (NK) and NK T cells.

Applications Reported:
Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Recommended ≤1 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Use in a sterile environment.

0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information
