Target Information
NUDT4는 PP-InsP5, PP-InsP4 및 [PP]2-InsP4의 디포스페이트 그룹에서 β-인산기를 절단하며, 신호전달 경로에서 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다. 또한 dinucleoside oligophosphate Ap6A를 가수분해하여 ADP와 p4a를 생성하지만 Ap5A에는 작용하지 않습니다. 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate도 가수분해할 수 있으며, U8 snoRNA decapping에는 관여하지 않으나 U8 snoRNA에 결합합니다.
