In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Galectin-1, -2, -3, -4, -7, -8, -10, or recombinant mouse Galectin-9 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Galectin-14 binds beta-galactoside and lactose and acts as a strong inducer of T-cell apoptosis.
