This antibody is a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated CD2 (clone T6.3, isotype IgG2a) and PE-conjugated CD20 (clone DFA-7, isotype IgG1).

CD2: Found on the majority of human T and NK cells. Expressed on approximately 78±8% of normal peripheral lymphocytes and 100% of thymocytes. Detects CD2 antigen.
CD19/CD20: Members of the immunoglobulin superfamily with two Ig-like domains. CD19 is expressed on 100% of peripheral B cells (kappa or lambda light chains) and appears on some myeloid leukemia cells, particularly monocytic lineage. CD19 is a key regulator of normal and malignant B cell proliferation and is expressed in all B cell precursor leukemias.
