Product Specific Information

Description:
WD1928 항체는 Eomesodermin (Eomes, T-box brain 2, TBR2)을 인식합니다. Eomes는 T-box 전사인자로, T-bet과 높은 상동성을 가지며, 배아 발생 및 면역세포 분화에 중요한 역할을 합니다. CD8+ T 세포 및 NK 세포에서 Eomes 발현은 CD122 (IL-2R/IL-15R β-chain) 발현과 상관됩니다.

Applications Reported:
세포 내 염색 후 유세포 분석에 사용.

Applications Tested:
Foxp3/Transcription Factor Buffer Set (Product # 00-5523-00)을 이용한 인간 말초혈액세포의 세포 내 염색 및 유세포 분석에 사전 적정 및 검증 완료.
5 µL (0.06 µg)/test 사용 권장. 1 test는 100 µL 최종 부피 내에서 세포 샘플을 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미하며, 세포 수는 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정.

Fluorophore Information:
PerCP-eFluor® 710은 488 nm Blue Laser로 여기되고 710 nm에서 방출됩니다. PerCP-Cyanine5.5 대체로 사용 가능.
권장 필터: 710/50 bandpass (또는 695/40 대체 가능).
기기 호환성 확인 필요.

Fixation:
샘플은 IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-822-49) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54)으로 처리 후 4°C 암소에서 최대 3일 보관 가능. 형광 세기 및 FRET 효율 유지.
