Target Information
UCK1는 uridine과 cytidine을 각각 uridine monophosphate(UMP)와 cytidine monophosphate(CMP)로 인산화하는 효소입니다.
deoxyribonucleosides 또는 purine ribonucleosides는 인산화하지 않으며, ATP 또는 GTP를 인산 공여체로 사용할 수 있습니다.
또한 6-azauridine, 5-fluorouridine, 4-thiouridine, 5-bromouridine, N(4)-acetylcytidine, N(4)-benzoylcytidine, 5-fluorocytidine, 2-thiocytidine, 5-methylcytidine, N(4)-anisoylcytidine 등의 유사체도 인산화할 수 있습니다.
