Target Information
SRMS (Srm) is a tyrosine protein kinase (SRC sub-family) involved in the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes.
It phosphorylates DOK1, KHDRBS1/SAM68, and VIM on tyrosine residues.
Phosphorylation of KHDRBS1 is EGF-dependent.
