Product Specific Information

Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

CCR7 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family, a subfamily of chemokine receptors.
It is induced by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and mediates EBV effects on B lymphocytes.
CCR7 is expressed in blood, bone marrow, lymph node, and intestine, particularly in lymphoid tissues and activated B and T lymphocytes.
It regulates migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues and promotes dendritic cell maturation.
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19/ECL) is a specific ligand of CCR7.
Other related receptors include CCR1, CCR2A, CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, and Duffy blood group antigen, which are involved in T cell chemotaxis and phagocytic cell migration during inflammation.
