Target Information
USP10 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 10) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from conjugated protein substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR. USP10 is identified as part of DNA-bound androgen receptor complexes and may regulate their activity. It also serves as an essential regulator of p53/TP53 stability and functions as a potential tumor suppressor.
