Product Specific Information
Product #35563 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It has been adsorbed to minimize cross-reactivity with human, horse, mouse, swine, goat, bovine, and rat serum proteins. Some cross-reactivity with other species may occur.
Store protected from light at 4°C. For extended storage, add an equal volume of glycerol to reach ~50% final concentration and store at -20°C.
DyLight 633 Amax = 638 nm; Emax = 658 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize rabbit immunoglobulins. They are widely used for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit antibodies. Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification and can be conjugated with various detection labels (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence).
