CDC42BPA (MRCKA)는 actin cytoskeleton의 조립 및 조직화에 관여하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다.
세 개의 독립적인 coiled-coil 도메인과 kinase 도메인 앞의 N-말단 영역은 MRCK alpha의 다중화에 필요한 상호작용을 담당합니다.
Transautophosphorylation 과정은 MRCK alpha의 촉매 활성 조절에 중요하며, phorbol ester 결합은 autoinhibition을 해제하여 N-말단 이합체화 및 kinase 활성화를 유도합니다.
