Target Information

Rho GTPase activating protein 5 (ARHGAP5)는 RHO GTPases를 음성적으로 조절하여 세포골격 변화를 매개하는 GTP 결합 가수분해를 촉진합니다. 이 유전자는 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이를 가집니다. Rho family 단백질에 대한 GTPase-activating protein으로 작용하며, RASA1/p120GAP의 p21rasGTPase-activating 기능 감소에 관여할 수 있습니다.
