Target Information

NME1은 높은 전이성 세포에서 mRNA 전사 수준이 감소된 것으로 확인된 유전자입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A (이 유전자에 의해 암호화됨)와 B (NME2에 의해 암호화됨) 이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었습니다. 두 가지 전사 변형체가 확인되었으며, 각각 다른 이소폼을 암호화합니다. NME1과 인접한 하류 유전자 NME2의 공동 전사는 NME1-NME2 융합 단백질을 생성하며, 이는 두 개별 유전자 산물의 서열을 공유합니다.
