Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERRG, ERR3, NR3B3)는 핵 호르몬 수용체 초가족의 orphan member로, 결합된 리간드 없이 전사 활성화 인자로 작용합니다.
이 단백질은 estrogen response element에 특이적으로 결합하여 해당 요소에 의해 조절되는 리포터 유전자를 활성화하며, 골격근에서 PERM1의 발현을 유도합니다.
