Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
PHF21B (PHD finger protein 21B), also known as PHF4, is a 531 amino acid protein containing one PHD-type zinc finger. It is expressed in multiple alternatively spliced isoforms. The PHF21B gene maps to human chromosome 22, which contains over 500 genes and is the second smallest human chromosome. Mutations in several genes on chromosome 22 are associated with Phelan-McDermid syndrome, neurofibromatosis type 2, autism, and schizophrenia.
