Target Information
이 단백질은 코트오머 단백질 복합체의 엡실론 서브유닛을 암호화합니다. 코트오머는 세포질 단백질 복합체로, 딜라이신 모티프에 결합하고 골지체의 비클라트린 피복 소포와 가역적으로 결합합니다. 이는 골지체 막에서의 소포 형성과, 딜라이신 태그 단백질의 골지체-ER 역수송에 필수적입니다. 코트오머 복합체는 알파, 베타, 베타', 감마, 델타, 엡실론, 제타 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다. 다양한 전사 변이체가 확인되어 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
