Target Information

B7-H7 (also known as HHLA2) is a membrane protein with three Ig-like domains (IgV–IgC–IgV), unlike other B7 family members that typically have two domains (IgV–IgC).
B7-H7 shows 10–18% amino acid identity and 23–33% similarity to other B7 family proteins. It is broadly expressed in epithelial cells of the gallbladder, breast, kidney, colon, small intestine, and placenta.
In the immune system, HHLA2 is not constitutively expressed on human monocytes/macrophages but is widely expressed in various cancers, particularly in triple-negative breast cancer.
