Target Information
Rho GTPases are key regulators of many cellular processes initiated by extracellular stimuli acting through G protein-coupled receptors. The encoded LARG protein may form complexes with G proteins to stimulate Rho-dependent signaling. It has been observed as a myeloid/lymphoid fusion partner in acute myeloid leukemia. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
