Target Information
RNF213 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in angiogenesis. It participates in the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway in vascular development by mediating ubiquitination and degradation of FLNA and NFATC2 downstream of RSPO3, thereby inhibiting the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway and promoting vessel regression. RNF213 also possesses ATPase activity.
