Product Specific Information
Each lot of antibody is confirmed for sensitivity using ELISA and specificity using immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.)
Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
Based on IEP, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin llama serum immunoglobulins.
Target Information
Anti-Llama secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for llama immunoglobulins.
Useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies.
Secondary antibodies enable versatile detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and improved sensitivity through signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) for high specificity.
