Target Information
CD16은 immunoglobulin G의 Fc 부분을 인식하는 수용체를 암호화하며, 순환계에서 면역복합체 제거 및 세포 매개 세포독성, 바이러스 감염 강화 등의 기능에 관여합니다. 이 유전자는 염색체 1에 위치한 FCGR3A로, 인접한 FCGR3B와 높은 유사성을 가집니다. FCGR3A는 NK 세포에서 막관통형 글리코단백질로 발현되며, FCGR3B는 다형핵 백혈구(PMN)에서 PI 결합을 통해 발현됩니다. 해당 유전자의 돌연변이는 면역결핍 20형, 반복적 바이러스 감염, 전신홍반루푸스(SLE) 감수성, 신생아 동종면역성 호중구감소증과 관련이 있습니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
