Target Information
UBAP1은 Saccharomyces cerevisiae의 NHP2 (non-histone protein 2)와 유사한 서열로 명명된 고도로 보존된 핵 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 [U4/U6.U5] tri-snRNP 복합체의 구성 요소로, U4 snRNA의 5’ stem-loop에 결합합니다. 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 두 개의 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
