Reslizumab (Sch 55700)은 인간화 단일클론 항체로, 인터루킨-5 (IL-5)를 표적으로 하여 호산구성 천식 치료 연구에 사용됩니다.
IL-5의 기능을 중화하며 IL-5 의존적 세포 증식을 억제합니다 (IC50 ≈ 91.1 pM).
인간 IL-5에 대한 높은 결합 친화도를 가지며, KD 값은 Biacore 표면 플라즈몬 공명법에서 109 pM, Kinetic Exclusion Assay에서 4.3 pM입니다.
