Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관 벽의 주요 하이알루로난(HA) 수용체로 확인된 단백질입니다. 322개의 아미노산으로 구성된 type I 막단백질이며, CD44 HA 수용체와 약 41%의 유사성을 가집니다. LYVE1은 림프관 내피세포에서 주로 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 또한 LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등은 림프관 내피의 주요 표지자로 알려져 있습니다. LYVE1 기능 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
