Target Information
NUDT15는 일부 뉴클레오타이드 이인산 유도체의 가수분해를 매개합니다. 8-oxo-dGTP를 분해하여 산화된 구아닌(7,8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine)을 DNA 및 뉴클레오타이드 풀에서 제거함으로써 8-oxo-dGTP의 DNA 삽입을 방지하고 A:T → C:G 전환을 예방할 수 있습니다. 생체 내 기질 특이성은 아직 명확하지 않으며, PCNA와의 상호작용을 통해 DNA 합성과 세포 주기 진행에 관여할 수 있습니다.
