Target Information
HLA-DMA는 HLA class II alpha chain paralogue에 속하며, alpha (DMA)와 beta (DMB) 체인으로 구성된 이종이합체입니다. 이 단백질은 세포 내 소포에 위치하며, MHC class II 분자의 펩타이드 적재 과정에서 CLIP 분자를 해리시키는 역할을 합니다.
Class II 분자는 항원제시세포(APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages)에서 발현됩니다.
Alpha chain은 약 33–35 kDa이며, 5개의 exon으로 구성되어 있습니다.
