Target Information
CHFR는 microtubule poison에 반응하여 유사분열 진입을 지연시키는 E3 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가아제입니다.
초기 전기 단계에서 centrosome이 핵 주변으로 이동할 때 작용하며, mitotic stress 신호 전달에 관여합니다.
AURKA 및 PLK1의 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하여 분해를 유도하고, HDAC1의 polyubiquitination을 매개하여 종양 억제 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다.
또한 UBC13-MMS2(UBE2N-UBE2V2) 복합체와 함께 Lys-63 연쇄 유비퀴틴화를 유도하여 세포 스트레스 신호 전달에 관여합니다.
