Target Information
CD10 (Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA)는 중성 메탈로엔도펩티다아제 활성을 가진 세포 표면 효소로, 다양한 생리활성 펩타이드를 불활성화합니다.
CD10은 림프모세포성, 버킷, 여포성 생식 중심 림프종 세포, 성인 골수의 미성숙 B 세포, 만성 골수성 백혈병(CML) 환자의 세포에서 발현됩니다.
또한 유방 근상피세포, 담관, 섬유아세포, 신장 및 장 상피세포의 솔가장(border)에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
CD10은 100 kDa 크기의 type II 막관통 당단백질로, 45 kb 이상의 단일 복제본 형태로 존재합니다.
CD10 유전자의 5' 비번역 영역은 대체 스플라이싱되어 4개의 별도 mRNA 전사체를 생성하지만, 코딩 영역에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
CD10 기능 이상과 관련된 질환으로는 Spinocerebellar Ataxia 43 및 Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease가 알려져 있습니다.
