Target Information
TRIP10은 인슐린 신호에 반응하여 GLUT4의 세포막 이동에 필요하며, 엔도사이토시스 중 막 소관화와 액틴 세포골격 재구성을 조정하는 역할을 합니다.
Phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 및 phosphatidylserine과 같은 지질에 결합하여 막 함입 및 소관 형성을 촉진합니다.
또한 WASL/N-WASP를 모집하여 Arp2/3 복합체를 활성화함으로써 CDC42 유도성 액틴 중합을 촉진합니다.
이 과정은 막 소관 절단 및 엔도시토시스 소포 형성에 관여할 수 있습니다.
TRIP10은 단핵세포 유래 세포에 특이적인 액틴 풍부 부착 구조인 podosome 형성에 필요하며, FASLG/FASL의 리소좀 유지에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
