Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD7 (gp40, Leu9)은 면역글로불린 유전자 초가족의 40 kDa 단백질로, T 림프구 및 NK 세포에서 주로 발현됩니다.
N-말단 아미노산 1–107은 Ig kappa-L 사슬과 높은 상동성을 가지며, C-말단 영역은 프로린이 풍부한 스톡 구조를 형성합니다.
CD7은 T 세포 및 NK 세포의 활성 조절, 칼슘 플럭스, 접착 분자 발현, 사이토카인 분비 및 증식에 관여하며, 백혈병 진단의 중요한 표지자로 사용됩니다.
CD7은 phosphoinositol 3-kinase와 직접 결합하며, CD7 리간드 결합은 D-3 phosphoinositides 생성 및 티로신 인산화를 유도합니다.
